Qudwat Al-Quds Tour to Imwas & Al-Latrun Displaced Villages

Burj Al-Luqluq Social Center Society organized, on Friday 21st October 2016, the fourth tour of Qudwat
Al-Quds within Live the Burj project, funded by the Arab Development Fund though the Islamic Bank for
Development and under the supervision of the Welfare Association.

This program aims to empower the Palestinian Identity of the Jerusalemite Youth through listening to historical stories from people who lived and experienced the situation during Nakbah and still have the ability to transfer these stories in details to the Jerusalemite youth.

Around 40 male and female youth participated in this tour alongside with the tourist guide, Khalil Sabri, and Abu Khaled who gave detailed information about the history of Al-Nakbah and how Abu Khaled was displaced from his village.

Moreover, Palestine TV crew accompanied the group and captured all the events on that day to air it on
Sabah Al-Khair Ya Quds program. The crew also interviewed Abu Khaled, some participants in addition to
the organizers.
