Burj Al-Luqluq Social Center Society and Qitaf Conclude Environmental Agriculture Workshops in Jerusalem Clubs
Burj Al-Luqluq Social Center Society, in collaboration with Qitaf for Agricultural Services, has completed several environmental agriculture workshops in Jerusalem clubs as part of “Play and Learn” project, which offers various sports and educational services to ten Jerusalem clubs.
The environmental agriculture workshops aim to provide psychological relief for students through unique agricultural activities provided by Qitaf, enhancing their mental health and increasing their environmental awareness.
These workshops include activities such as Seed House Workshop, Macadamia Workshop, and other interactive workshops that have been well-received by the children, contributing to enhancing environmental awareness and sustainable environmental culture.
Seven environmental agriculture workshops have been completed at Jabal Mukaber School, Jabal Mukaber Club, Silwan Club, Islamic Silwan Club, Wadi Al-Joz Charity Association, Capital Club, Dala’sal Club in Jerusalem, and Aisawiya Club.
The workshops will continue in the remaining clubs of the Play and Learn project during this month, including the Social Youth Center – Shuafat Camp, Bustan Association/Silwan, Harat Al-Nasara Association, and the team of Burj Al-Luqluq Social Center Society.
The implementation of these workshops is part of the Play and Learn project activities, funded generously by the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF).
