Burj Alluqluq Social Center Society hands over cash prizes to the winning clubs

The Technical Committee of  “Play and Learn” project, which is composed of the technical and administrative management of Burj Alluqluq Social Center Society, completed the evaluation session for evaluating videos of  “Play and Learn competition” at the club level.

Where he participates in the project “play and learn” nine Jerusalem clubs, with kind funding from the United Nations Children’s Fund, UNICEF.

The clubs are distributed in the city of Jerusalem as follows: Jabal Al Mukaber School, Palestinian Football Academy / The Capital Club, De la salle Jerusalem Club, Jabal Al Mukaber Club, Al Ansar Jerusalem Club,  Al-Issawiya Club, Youth Social Center – Shuafat Camp, Al-Bustan Center – Silwan, Burj Alluqluq Social Center Society.

Four out of the nine clubs submitted to the competition, the winner’s centers were divided as follows:

De LaSalle Club was in the first place with a prize of 2,500 shekels, and the second place went to the Al-Ansar Jerusalem club with a prize of 1,700 shekels, and the third place was for the participation of the Mukaber Elementary School with a prize of 1,300 shekels, where the clubs provided explanatory videos of the project’s workflow, specifically sports training based on Courses to raise the capabilities and competence of the training cadres in the project.

“Play and Learn” competition for clubs comes as part of the motivational competitions that the project intends to implement during the coming period as part of motivating the clubs and their staff and encouraging them to continue to provide their best efforts to serve the children of Jerusalem, as “Play and Learn” project served Sports and Academic Services is presented to more than 500 Jerusalem children distributed On all clubs.

Also, sports and educational exercises continue, as the project now offers, through Burj Alluqluq Social Center Society and its educational staff, courses in academic support for students of Al-Tawjihi in the scientific and literary sections on a weekly basis, in Arabic language, teacher Rawand Al-Abbasi and teacher Jamal Jaanin in English and teacher Anas Al-Rayyan in Mathematics.

On a different side, the project also continues in the Play and Learn competition for children for the fourth consecutive month, where in-kind and incentive prizes are distributed to the winning children at the end of each month.
