Burj Al-Luqluq kindergarten Graduate New Group of Children

Burj Al-Luqluq Community Society celebrated the graduation of a new group of kindergarten children on Monday, 2019/05/20, in society tent. In presence of the executive director of society Muntaser Edkaidek, director of Burj Al-Luqluq kindergarten Basema Al-Julany, kindergarten teachers and director of CISP Italian Ada Karavini and the new director Chiara Gidaski, as well as families of graduates and employees of Burj Al-Luqluq society.
Basima Al-Julany began the ceremony by welcoming the audience and speaking with parents regarding their children. The speech was followed by a speech by Chiara Gidaski, representative of CISP, and by director of the society, Muntaser Edkaidek.
Ceremony included various educational dances and sketches reflecting some of the content of what children learned during 2019-2018, as well as paragraphs highlighting students› talents. Ceremony concluded with the distribution and recognition of certificates to the graduating children.
Activities of Burj Al-Luqluq Kindergarten is part of the «change and enhancement of social and economic development and protection of marginalized Palestinian communities in East Jerusalem» project.
The second phase is implemented by Burj Al-Luqluq society in partnership with CISP and funded by European Union.
