Burj Al-Luqluq graduate the fourth regiment of “The youth guide” program for jerusalemite youth
Burj Al-Luqluq concluded the “Young Guide” program, in its fourth edition, in which nearly 50 young men and women participated from all over the city of Jerusalem and the interior.
In the closing tour, the team of the young guide 4 toured the lands of the displaced village of Deir al-Sheikh and recognized the shrine of Sultan Badr in it, and they walked in the Valley where the original Palestinian trees are dotted such as oak and others.
The team also recognized the Jerusalem-Jaffa railway that passes through the village lands, as well as Wadi Al-Sarar, which passes through the village on its way to the Mediterranean.
At the end of the tour, the management of Burj Alluqluq Social Center Society distributed graduation certificates to the participants and presented each of them with a gift of a historical-political book issued by the Institute for Palestine Studies, in the presence of the Jerusalemite businessman Mr. Nader Al-Julani who handed over the certificates to the participating young men and women.
It is noteworthy that the Young Guide program is organized in cooperation with the Khalil Sabri Company for Tourism and Public Services, under the guidance of the guide Khalil Sabri, and includes in each copy of the four copies, 50 young men and women accompanying 12 tours around Palestine occupied in 1948, Jerusalem and the Golan.
The program aims to introduce the young generation to the most prominent historical, archaeological, and natural landmarks in all parts of Palestine, and to provide information about them.
And to develop their knowledge of the country’s geography and history.
