“We are the Change… and We Changed!” a special day in Burj al-LuqLuq

Burj Al-Luqluq Social Center Society, organized in its summer camp «We are the Change», implemented in partnership with the Italian NGO Comitato Internazionale per lo Sviluppo dei Popoli (CISP) and Terre des Hommes Italia, funded by the European Union (EU) and otto per mille Valdese with the participation of 150 children from Jerusalem. The camp lasted for three weeks from 2018/07/01 until 2018/07/18.
The camp›s various angles for this year include the activities of Capoeira, small investor, small leader and telematch, as well as arts, computer, theatrical and outdoor sports.
During the camp, Burj Al-Luqluq organized a tour to the Old City of Jerusalem and the historic and Palestinian areas, as well as two entertainment trips for the children.
At the closing ceremony, the groups staged various artistic performances that the participants trained with their trainers during of the camping, where they delivered speeches and presented sports, plays and artistic performances.
The ceremony ended with the distribution of certificates to the trainers, volunteers and emergency crew. The exhibition was then opened to the artworks of the participants, which were completed during the period of the camp
